Week 1

Building Self-command

In this module, you'll gain insight into how often your mind serves you, versus how often your mind holds you back. Take the free PQ Saboteur assessment today to learn about the top negative thought patterns you tend to fall into.

Week 2

Intercept the Judge

The Judge saboteur is our universal thought pattern that often leads us into a negative cycle of judging ourselves, others, and our circumstances. This module equips you with strategies to intercept that cycle. You'll learn practical tools for resilience, mental well-being, and emotional adaptability so you can thrive, no matter where you are.

Week 3

Accomplice Saboteurs

Along with the Judge, we all have additional negative thought patterns that prevent us from thriving. This module covers how to recognize those patterns and offers practical strategies to face challenges with calm and clarity.

Week 4

Understanding the Sage Perspective

Discover how to shift from a reactive, stress-driven mindset to the calm, creative, and empowered viewpoint of your inner Sage. You’ll learn to access wisdom, empathy, and possibility even in the face of challenges—transforming obstacles into opportunities for growth. Through guided practice, you’ll begin to strengthen the core Sage muscle: seeing every situation through the lens of curiosity, compassion, and purpose.

Week 5

Practice: Shift to Sage

Strengthen your ability to pause, notice Saboteur patterns, and intentionally shift to your Sage perspective in the moment. Through guided exercises and reflection, you’ll practice using Sage tools like empathy, curiosity, and laser-focused action to navigate everyday challenges with greater ease and emotional intelligence.

Week 6

Practice: Apply the Sage Perspective 

In this final week, you’ll bring everything together by applying the Sage perspective to real-world situations that matter most to you. You’ll explore how to use your Sage powers—like Navigate, Empathize, and Innovate—to lead with purpose, respond to conflict with compassion, and make decisions with clarity. This week helps you solidify your mental fitness habits so you can continue growing long after the program ends.
